Positive: We have been coming to Simba for many years and like the location and rooms

Negative: We never experienced this before as we have been coming to simba since or kids were little. We arrived after 5pm for checkin and our cards were needed onfile for damages. I could have gave it to the person I spoke to earlier when I informed them we were arriving after hours but no one asked. The morning afterr arrival we left for activities before the front desk was open so we were going to run by the desk after lunch/they requested by 3pm the next day. No problem. I get a text message from management that they are going to lock us out of our room by noon! They need to either extend their hours at the front desk, collect the card up front instead of harassing us, and find management that understands customer service. Horrible experience
